The Linton dressage saddle has a deep seat to help prevent unnecessary rider movement which is very helpful on bigger moving horses, however it will not prevent the rider from making position changes to enable weight and seat aids. The Linton saddle has been created to enable the rider to effortlessly maintain a classical riding position.
The Linton saddle has generous, deeply padded knee rolls for the rider's comfort and extra stability. The seat is comfortably padded to suit all riders even during long training sessions, and to help reduce jarring of horse and rider. Both the seat and knee rolls on the Linton dressage saddle are covered in the finest quality suede for maximum grip and security.
The Linton saddle is made from the finest quality leather and the saddle has a wide, cut back head and open gullet to allow the horse to move freely and comfortably and is finished with top quality metalwork, and super smart contrast stitching. The saddle has 2 extended girth straps.
This top of the range saddle is currently available in black and brown, in seat size 17" and 18" and now features our adjustable width system so that you can be sure your saddle will fit your horse even if he changes shape or condition, and if you buy a new saddle, you are no longer compelled to purchase a new saddle! The saddle width can be easily altered in your own home, using basic tools and a headplate which we can supply, or it can be returned to us for adjusting.
